Dr. Vanda Grubisic has joined the Desert Research Institute's Atmospheric Sciences Center to conduct research in mountain weather processes and cloud formation. Dr. Grubisic came to DRI from the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colo., where she was a postdoctoral fellow and visiting scientist.
Dr. Grubisic received a B.S. in Physics/Meteorology from the University of Zagreb, Croatia, and Masters and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Geology and Geophysics at YaleUniversity.
